Jannine Miller

Jannine Miller serves as Executive Director of the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA), the Atlanta-region Transit Link Authority (ATL), and the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (GRTA). Nominated by Governor Brian P. Kemp, Miller leads three agencies that have the shared mission and focus of improving mobility in Georgia by providing reliable, safe, and innovative multimodal transportation solutions.

The Authorities’ operations include the State’s Peach Pass tolling system, the Georgia Transportation Infrastructure Bank, the State’s metro-Atlanta regional commuter bus system, transportation and transit funding, and Transportation Improvement Program review. In addition to serving as Executive Director of the Authorities, Miller serves as Director of Planning for the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT).

Prior to GDOT, Miller served as Deputy Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Transportation, advancing improvements across modes, including the Federal Railroad Administration, Federal Highway Administration, the Build America Bureau, and the Maritime Administration.

Miller has received numerous recognitions including “Notable Georgian” and one of the state’s “Top 40 Under 40 - Best and Brightest” by Georgia Trend Magazine, “Champion for Transportation” by the Perimeter Community Improvement Districts, and honored as one of the “100 Most Influential in Georgia Engineering” by Georgia ACEC. She is also named as an inventor on two patents that optimize operations of public transportation infrastructure.

Miller holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Commerce from Georgia Tech, as well as a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Community Nutrition from Georgia State University.
