Kniffen W. Kelly is a versatile and innovative leader with over 20 years of experience in international logistics, supply chain optimization, business intelligence, and cross-functional leadership. She is passionate about transformational business process re-engineering, strategic planning, and talent development – and leverages her expertise to drive lasting positive change. 

With a strong foundation in industrial engineering and decision sciences, Kniffen began her career in manufacturing and software development roles that provided experience in application development, transportation planning, and process optimization. This led to a 16-year career at UPS where Kniffen held positions of increasing responsibility leading to the Vice President of Enterprise Network Planning.  In 2015, Kniffen joined Amazon as part of the startup team to build residential delivery capability which has become Amazon Logistics.  

In 2019, Kniffen rewired from her corporate career, founding Shebang LLC, a logistics advisory firm offering transportation network re-engineering, process improvement, and operational performance management.  One of her first clients was Good360, the second-largest U.S. nonprofit and the global leader in product philanthropy.  Kniffen currently serves as Senior Director of Business Intelligence at Good360, while also serving on Industry Advisory Boards for Georgia Tech’s School of Industrial and Systems Engineering and for the Georgia Center of Innovation in Logistics. 

Kniffen holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech. Her diverse background in both operational and strategic roles has positioned her as a leader capable of driving growth and innovation across various industries.
