Mike Kilgore is a seasoned supply chain professional with over 30 years of experience transforming the industry. Currently, he is a Managing Partner at Boost Phase Ventures and Co-Founder of Purcent, and serves as an advisor to growth-stage companies seeking to drive innovation in logistics and supply chain management. 

Prior to his current endeavors, Kilgore spent more than two decades as founder and CEO of Chainalytics. Under his leadership, Chainalytics became a global leader in supply chain analytics and market intelligence. The company's success culminated in 2020-2021 with the sale of its Freight Market Intelligence business to DAT Solutions and the subsequent acquisition of Chainalytics by NTT DATA. 

Prior to Chainalytics, Kilgore held key roles at Ernst & Young and Blue Yonder (via predecessors i2 Technologies/InterTrans Logistics). His expertise spans supply chain design, demand-supply planning, and transportation management. 

Kilgore's career began with service in the U.S. Marine Corps, followed by preparation for a career in supply chain by earning his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and a master’s from Penn State University. Born in Georgia and having lived here for more than 25 years, he remains committed to advancing the supply chain sector locally and globally through innovative solutions and strategic insights.
