Becky Francosky, C.M., is an aviation executive with two decades of experience advancing global air service, cargo connectivity, and economic development. Currently serving as Director of Air Service, Data Analytics, Research & Reporting at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, she leads strategies that have delivered nine new airlines, 76 new passenger routes, and expanded cargo flows between North and South America – driving a 25% increase in seat capacity and 77% revenue growth.

Her career includes senior roles at ATL in market research, analytics, and strategic planning, where she built forecasting models, executive dashboards, and incentive programs that strengthened decision-making and positioned Atlanta as a leading global hub. As Founder of Advanced Aviation Analytics, LLC, a certified DBE/FBE/SBE consultancy, Ms. Francosky also advised airports and airlines on market development, competitive intelligence, and operational strategy.

Ms. Francosky remains active in the industry through leadership and advisory roles with AAAE, ACI-NA, ACRP, the Atlanta Regional Commission, and Georgia Tech’s Supply Chain & Logistics Institute, contributing to policy, innovation, and the future of global connectivity.
